Quality Improvement Project on Track

So lovely to receive this heartfelt feedback yesterday from a family member of a patient in ICU via Carly Silberberg at TCH on the official ‘Customer and Carer Feedback Form’. 😊 Many thanks for passing this on Carly and thank you to all the wonderful staff at ICU who have supported GoG from the outset! 🥰 Of course a huge thank you goes out to all you wonderful Goodeze for all you do to make such a positive impact on the journey of patients and their families at TCH!!

“My Dad was feeling confused, scared in addition to his pain. He was gifted a blue, grey and brown knitted blanket and they said it’s for him to comfort him. He has not stopped talking about it. This has definitely helped him tremendously; it has lifted his spirits and is so grateful for this generous and wonderful service. My family and I are also extremely thankful and happy. Would also like to add that all the staff including all Doctors and Nurses for their excellent care they have provided.”
